The university is pleased to announce two new online resources for faculty and staff on the

New Brunswick/Piscataway campus: the Administrative Gateway http://nbpweb.rutgers.edu/admingateway and RU·info http://ruinfo.rutgers.edu. Please share this information with all staff in your area.

These initiatives directly address the concerns raised at the student services retreats last year regarding improving the quality of service we provide to students, faculty, and staff.

The Administrative Gateway is a one-stop guide to administrative and business services that provides easy access to online resources throughout the university. The information is categorized by functional area, ranging from communications to people, transportation, travel, and more.

Another helpful online tool is the RU·info web site, a handy reference to student-focused services such as cashiering, computing, housing, meal plans, and parking. This site enables frontline staff to better serve students at the point of contact by offering quick, immediate access to pertinent information.
